Description of job responsibilities

1. provide professional course consultation for customers, and make the customer reach the learning goal through teamwork and cooperation between departments, and complete the task of the appraisal target set by the principal or direct supervisor of the individual and team sales target

2. contact the customer regularly, notify the new shift information, recommend the campus activities, provide new product new policy information, and make good records, and customer maintenance work

3. timely and properly solve customer complaints to help customers solve problems

4. actively participate in training and participate in internal experience sharing

5. participate in relevant market activities, timely feedback the effect of advertising and offline activities and make recommendations

6. keep in close contact with and cooperate with other relevant departments such as market, customer service, educational administration, etc

Ii. requirements for representation

1. college degree or above

2. 1 - 2 years sales experience

3. skilled use of computer, good at using word, excel software and e - mail

4. highly active, strong affinity, strong energy, strong sense of sales and service, and acting can represent the image of Aston education

Iii. post remuneration:

The average monthly income of the post is 5000 - 8000 yuan, and the monthly income of outstanding person is more than ten thousand yuan. 

Iv. sound training mechanisms:

1. the company has a perfect training mechanism to provide training for each employee in post and personal comprehensive ability promotion. 

2. training programs: regular business and professional ability promotion training ( post professional knowledge, professional accomplishment, communication ability, etiquette image, management ability, etc. ).
